A one-stop source for up-to-date information and training in the commercial refrigeration industry, the Hillphoenix Learning Center is a global training provider for many organizations looking to educate contractors, engineers, employees, merchandisers and customers. The Learning Center offers cutting edge programs in display case technologies, power systems and refrigeration systems as well as retail-focused programs on merchandising, lighting, hot foods safety training and much more.

Instructor-Led Training
The Learning Center’s instructor-led programs offer a mixture of classroom, hands-on training and real-world scenarios to give you valuable and practical experience. Our programs range from basic product knowledge to advanced installation and troubleshooting practices. We provide flexible, comprehensive instruction giving participants the proficiency and knowledge needed both out in the field and in the workplace.
Online Training
Hillphoenix Learning Center online training courses meet the needs of individuals and companies that have time and travel constraints, but still require education, skills development and industry certification. Our programs allow you to fit your training around your lifestyle and work schedules. Online training is web-based so you can log in from anywhere — home, office or when working remotely. Enjoy stress-free learning at your own pace and in your own time.
Regional Programs
The Learning Center conducts regional programs and educational symposiums as vehicles to instruct local and regional principalities on what is going on in their area and within the marketplace. These programs also allow for various professionals and industries to come together to get the information they need to be prepared for the new technologies and updated legislation.
The Regional Programs are designed to be a few days and infuse instruction with in-person opportunities for participants to experience an engaging program covering various subjects from case technologies to refrigeration systems updates and other relevant subject matter relegated to that region. Attendees have the option of taking the entire program, or select the courses or topics that best suit their educational needs.
